Fixed price quotes are inclusive of labour and materials unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.
2. Hourly Rate Work
Our hourly rate includes time spent obtaining parts (if necessary), diagnostics, and performing the work. Parts may be marked up in line with standard industry practice.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due immediately upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Title to any goods supplied remains with East & Gray until full payment has been received.
4. Cancellations and Access
If you cancel a confirmed appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a call-out fee may apply.
You must ensure safe and adequate access to your property for our engineers. Work may be paused if health and safety risks are identified.
5. Guarantees
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the completion date.
Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and products used.
Guarantees may be voided if:
You are responsible for disclosing if work is to be carried out on behalf of a third party at the time of booking.
You are also responsible for any hazardous material, structural issues, or site conditions that could pose a risk.
All trademarks reproduced on this site that are not the property of East & Gray are acknowledged on the site.
